-TEAM ROCKET FIELD REPORT-
Subject has now been turned into a Pikachu hybrid. Powering down generator. Subject is now being moved to research facilities to see if attacks can be learned. Tests will continue on more captured subjects to further test how much we can turn them into Pokemon of different types…
